You Capture: Red

When I found out this week's theme for You Capture was RED, I got even more excited than I already was about going to the Gasparilla Parade on Saturday.  While there was tons of red there to go around & I got some good shots, I loved these red boas hanging off this vendor's cart.

These flags were in front of that house on Bayshore with the military gathering..

And of course my You Capture post would not be complete without any shots of Bentley...

here is Bentley & my caffeinated beverage of choice while we were out playing one morning.

and the pup looking over our neighbors fence, trying to make friends with those darn yippy dogs.

I'm not a fan of those yippy dogs, but I do enjoy their pretty tree, still looking like it's fall here on a February Florida morning.

Check out this week's other You Capture posts here.   I love going through all the linked blogs every week & seeing everyone's shots.  Such fun!

I just read that next week's theme is COLD.  Here's my local forecast for the next 7 days:

Looks like some creativity may be in order.

Those flags are great!

I have a similar forecast here- so it will be interesting what you & I come up with for next week's challenge.

You are just mean for publishing your forecast (though mine looks the same and I was thinking the same thing about the cold theme).

Love the pic of your pop, such a fun angle.

Beautiful shots!
I so wish that forecast was for Minnesota! I'm thinking your might needs some COLD ice drinks to cool you down from that awesome forecast you have coming your way!

Great shots! Love the bright colors from the parade. And I can't wait to see how you get creative with "cold." :)

I want your forecast - badly. *wimpers*

Having said that, I love your red captures - and my sons would love that pic of the Mountain Dew! LOL

I love them all! But, for some reason, that photograph with the dog peering over the fence has a lot of emotion. Great job!
